The farm was originally a cattle station and began growing coffee in 1990. The farm processes all coffee on the farm. There has been a program with 27 acres allocated to the reforestation of indigenous plants. Tree canopies offer protection for coffee bushes and produce better quality coffee. Obviously there are significant benefits for the local environment.
