As the roasted coffee ages it becomes sweeter and smoother. While we brew this through commercial Moccamaster batch brew, aeropress & vietnamese filter, we feel this is a stand out through espresso. We allow at least 5 weeks from the roast date before we use this as our second espresso coffee.
