Varietal: Gesha

This varietal originates from landrace hybrids in Ethiopia. It has a cult like following due to the Panama variety.  It grows well at high altitude & in fertile volcanic soils. Cranavi, Bolivia!

 

Process: Honey & Natural (sundried)

Roast: Medium  (within first crack) 

 

Fram: Yungas, Caranavi

Certification:  Specialty Grade.  Altitude plays a major role in the qaulity of coffee. The highewr the altitude the slower the growing time which produces a denser bean and more flavour and complexity in the cup.
